Weekly SPFPP Support Group

NOTE: The SPFPP weekly support group is on hiatus until June 1 in preparation for the virtual conference May 23.

At Something Positive for Positive People (SPFPP), we offer restorative yoga sessions within our support groups, specifically designed for individuals navigating the emotional challenges of herpes stigma. These sessions provide a nurturing environment where participants can engage in gentle yoga practices aimed at alleviating feelings associated with stigma, such as stress and anxiety.

Our yoga practices are accessible to all levels and focus on relaxation and mental clarity, aiding in the emotional healing process. These sessions are more than just physical exercise; they are an opportunity for participants to connect, share experiences, and find solace in a community that understands the journey with herpes.

Join us for a holistic approach to managing herpes stigma, combining the benefits of restorative yoga with the power of empathetic support and shared understanding.
